NDRC Prolongs Policy For Temporarily Lowering Power Cost Of Enterprises

On 24 June, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) release the notice about prolonging the policy for temporarily lowering power cost of enterprises.

According to the notice, the policy continue targeting power consumers that carry out general industrial and commercial electricity rate, other rates and great industry rate, except consumers from high energy-consumption industries. From 1 July to 31 December, 2020, power grid enterprises will continue calculating electricity bills for abovementioned power consumers, including those participating in market transactions, on the basis of 95% of the original rates.
